In 1995, with the establishment of Dalian Yuhang International Forwarding Co., Ltd. in Dalian, the first company of Yuhang Group was born. It is a state-owned joint venture company limited by Dalian International Airport and Sinotrans Liaoning. With the rapid development of Yuhang, the air transportation business won the top 2 of air freight forwarder in Dalian, and this achievement has been maintained until now. The company's international passenger ticket business has also become the leader in Dalian and even the northeast.

In order to adapt to the changes of the market and the development needs of the company, the company began to focus on the layout of the Northeast network. In 2003, Yuhang International Logistics (Dalian) Co., Ltd. was formally established to actively seek excellent domestic and oversea partners to develop a perfect service network in the whole world.

In the same year, Shenyang branch was set up, which is the first step for Yuhang to go out of Dalian. Started the process of group company construction.

In 2005, Harbin Yuhang Jiarun Logistics Co., Ltd. was established. The company is based in Harbin and radiates the whole Heilongjiang Province.

In 2006, Jilin Yuhang International Logistics Co., Ltd. was established. The company is based in Changchun, and its main service covers Jilin Province.

To this end, Yuhang has completed the full coverage of Northeast China.

In 2006, in order to play the role of the bonded logistics park, the Yuhang Logistics (Dalian Bonded Logistics Zone) Co., Ltd. with the bonded logistics business as the main body was established in Dalian free trade port area.

In 2007, Dalian Qili International Trade Co., Ltd., which is mainly engaged in foreign trade window agency, was established.

In 2015, in order to develop cross-border e-commerce business, Yuhang Qili E-commerce Co., Ltd. was established.

In 2018, Shanghai Yuyun Logistics Co., Ltd., which is mainly engaged in the third-party logistics service, was established.

As a result, YUHAG has successfully realized the plan of independent accounting by modules. While international business covers Northeast China, domestic logistics management business is also in a steady development stage.
