Dalian Customs, in combination with regulatory methods and port characteristics, conducted a risk assessment and research on the export goods of automotive parts. In response to the characteristics of difficult, fragile, and vulnerable transportation of automotive parts goods, it adopted a pre appointment customs clearance centralized processing mode, guided enterprises to declare in advance, and adopted a dedicated window for centralized processing, effectively compressing the overall customs clearance time.
According to statistics, in the first quarter of 2023, the year-on-year growth rate of exported automotive parts at Dayaowan Port exceeded 10%.
